 I refined the overall shape, I also added a metal material to the nose and eyes to make it look reflective and shiny, as well as adding bumps to the nose which aren't really noticeable in the final render. I added a sun for the lighting and approached my camera views from a higher approach so that it doesn't seem, as threatening, I also added a sand texture for the ground and a blue to white gradient for the background to resemble the sky. I learned that there is so many textures that can be used but that they are not very easy to do, I tried to do a fur texture for the body and it just wasn't looking good at all, I also learned that it will look better after doing the full render and that the rendered perspective box exaggerates lighting.
